Implementing Agency of Dholera Smart City
The State Government of Gujarat has created a Special-Purpose Vehicle named Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), along with the central government’s National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) Trust. This agency is responsible for implementing the Dholera Project.
